Being a first time homebuyer, I can say that I made the right decision by choosing DS Homes. Not only is the staff very friendly but they were able to give me suggestions and ideas to make my first home purchase a smooth transaction. I will be back in a couple of years to build again with DS Homes. Look no further because DS Homes is the PERFECT builder; a builder who pays attentions to details and never compromises on quality!!!

We love our new home built by DS Homes!!  One of the reasons we went with DS Homes was being able to design the floor plan we wanted.  Harry was a great first contact at the Bayside show home and a pleasure to visit with thru out the building process.  Working with Daljeet was also a pleasure as he was very knowledgeable and addressed any concerns we had immediately.  As well, the trades that worked with DS Homes took pride in their workmanship.  We would highly recommend this builder!!
